Courage

But surprisingly, that’s exactly what everyone else is looking for. You don’t have to have the 100% right answer, you just have to have the courage and conviction to say, “We’re going this way,” and people will follow you, most often to the benefit of everyone.

Whether you’re on your own or in a group, if you feel something in your heart, have the courage to act upon it. It’s probably exactly what everyone needs.
