Embracing Courage in Decision-Making
This is
perfectly natural. We’ve all been there. Stepping out on your own is scary,
which is why so few people do it.
But
surprisingly, that’s exactly what everyone else is looking for. You don’t have
to have the 100% right answer, you just have to have the courage and
conviction to say, “We’re going this way,” and people will follow you, most
often to the benefit of everyone.
Interesting
side note: the word “courage” comes from the French word Coeur, which means heart.
To have courage is to be full of heart, and moving from a place of compassion
and right action.
Whether
you’re on your own or in a group, if you feel something in your heart, have the
courage to act upon it. It’s probably exactly what everyone needs.
How
can you demonstrate YOUR courage TODAY?
